Terms of Service for Hirvo

Welcome to Hirvo. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our mobile application. By using Hirvo, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. These terms are agreed upon by Hirvo and the End-User. They do not involve any third party. These Terms of Service also constitute a legally binding End-User License Agreement (“EULA”).

1. Account Registration

To use Hirvo, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activity under your account.

When using Hirvo, you agree not to:

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you are being granted a non-transferable license to use Hirvo on any supported devices that you own or control and devices which Hirvo is supported on. By agreeing to these Terms of Service, the End-User is also warranting and guaranteeing that (i) he/she is not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a “terrorist supporting” country; and (ii) he/she is not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties. By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you are also agreeing to comply with any third party terms of agreement when using Hirvo.

3. Maintenance and Support

Hirvo is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support for the End-User. No third parties such as Apple, Google, or any other integrations are responsible or have any obligation to provide support to the End-user.

4. Warranty

Hirvo is provided to you on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind. We especially do not guarantee hiring outcomes, accuracy of third party integrations, or uninterrupted service. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Hirvo disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to:

You acknowledge that your use of Hirvo is at your sole risk. Hirvo does not guarantee any specific hiring outcomes or results from using the app, including but not limited to job matches, interview success, or offers. The app is a tool to assist in the job search and hiring process, but it does not replace the need for users to exercise their own judgement and discretion when making employment related decisions.

5. Product Claims

Hirvo is solely responsible for addressing any claims of the End-User or any third party relating to Hirvo. These claims include but are not limited to (i) product liability claims; (ii) any claim that the Licensed Application fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement, and (iii) claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

In the event that any third party claims that Hirvo or the End-User’s possession and use of Hirvo infringed the third party’s intellectual property rights, only Hirvo is solely responsible for investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any intellectual property infringement claim.

7. Third Party Beneficiary

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, the End-User and Hirvo acknowledge and agree that Apple, and Apple’s subsidiaries, are third party beneficiaries of the EULA, and that, upon the End-User’s acceptance of the terms and conditions of the EULA, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce the EULA against the End-User as a third party beneficiary thereof.

8. Business Accounts

Business users must provide accurate company information. Jobs posted must be legitimate, and all interactions with applicants must comply with these Terms.

9. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of content you upload (e.g., profile information, resumes, documents, messages). By using Hirvo, you grant us a license to use, display, and process your content to provide the services.

10. AI Powered Features

Hirvo provides AI-powered features, including resume analysis, interview preparation, and content generation. These features are intended to assist users but may not always be accurate, complete, or suitable for all situations. Hirvo does not guarantee the correctness, reliability, or effectiveness of any AI-generated output, including job recommendations, resume feedback, or interview responses. Users are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and deciding how to use AI-generated content. Hirvo is not responsible for any decisions made based on AI-generated information, including employment outcomes. Users agree not to misuse AI features, including generating misleading, fraudulent, or harmful content, or content that violates applicable laws or these Terms. These features are optional, and users can choose not to use them if they prefer.

11. Subscriptions & Payments

Hirvo offers subscription-based features, including AI-powered resume analysis, interview preparation, and content generation such as cover letters and interview preparations. Subscriptions are billed through Apple’s in-app purchase system or Google Play if you are using an Android device.

12. Messaging & Communication

Messaging is allowed within the app between business and user accounts according to role-based permissions. Business users may initiate messages to prospective applicants. Users can report or block inappropriate messages. All reports are reviewed by Hirvo.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms or misuse of the platform. Termination does not absolve you from obligations incurred prior to termination.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be reflected by changing the effective date above. Continued use of Hirvo constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
