Welcome to Hirvo. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our mobile application. By using Hirvo, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
To use Hirvo, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activity under your account.
When using Hirvo, you agree not to:
Business users must provide accurate company information. Jobs posted must be legitimate, and all interactions with applicants must comply with these Terms.
You retain ownership of content you upload (e.g., profile information, resumes, documents, messages). By using Hirvo, you grant us a license to use, display, and process your content to provide the services.
Hirvo offers subscription-based features, including AI-powered resume analysis, interview preparation, and content generation. Subscriptions are billed through Apple’s in-app purchase system.
Messaging is allowed within the app between business and user accounts according to role-based permissions. Business users may initiate messages to prospective applicants. Users can report or block inappropriate messages. All reports are reviewed by Hirvo.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms or misuse of the platform. Termination does not absolve you from obligations incurred prior to termination.
Hirvo provides the app on an “as is” basis. We do not guarantee hiring outcomes, accuracy of third-party integrations, or uninterrupted service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hirvo is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be reflected by changing the effective date above. Continued use of Hirvo constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
